国际视野下的移动学习发展

摘要 近年来,移动技术在全球的应用越来越广泛,这引起了教育和培训领域专家和学者的高度关注。世界各地范围内,尤其是发展中国家,人们对于能够负担得起的教育资源的需求尤为突出。正因如此,各国的教育工作者和培训者正在积极地探索如何利用移动学习的方式发布学习内容,从而让更多的人享受到优质的教育资源。英联邦学习共同体(Commonwealth of Learning)一直走在移动学习研究的最前沿,她主张并倡导利用移动技术向更多的民众提供丰富的教育资源^([1])。这一主张也正符合联合国教科文组织提出的千年目标"在21世纪为所有人提供教育"。世界上4大洲12个国家都在移动学习的设计、实施、应用案例、未来发展等方面取得了一定的成就,这值得其他国家予以反思并加以认真学习。 Currently, mobile technology is getting more and more popular in the world, which attracts great attention to the experts in the field of education and training. Affordable educational resources are strongly needed in the world, especially in those developing countries. For bridging the gap, the educationalists and trainers in many coun- tries are actively exploring a way of delivering learning contents via mobile technology, with an aim of helping more people enjoy qualified educational resources. The Commonwealth of Learning has been in the pioneer in this area, and she advocates that supplying richer educational resources with mobile technology. This proposition is also aligned with the New Millennium Goal by UNESCO, that is "Education for All in the 21st Century". Now 12 countries in the 4 continents have been working in the field of mobile learning design, implementation, application, future develop-ment and achieve quite a lot. This deserves researchers'reflection and learn.
