摘要
澳大利亚历来重视教师质量,已形成了比较完整的中小学师德问责制度。包括健全的教师专业标准、细化的行为准则、严格的教师资格注册制度、多元的问责主体和成熟的教师评价制度等。其成功的实践经验对我国中小学师德问责制的建设和改进有着很重要的借鉴意义。
Australia has always attached the importance to the quality of teachers, and has formed a relatively com-plete system of accountability for teachers' Ethics in primary and secondary schools, including sound professional standards for teachers, detailed code of conduct, strict teacher qualification registration system, multiple accountabil-ity subjects, and mature teacher evaluation systems. Its practical experience has important enlightenment and refer-ence significance for the construction and improvement of the accountability system for teacher morality in primary and secondary schools of China.
