应用型高校大学生就业指导现状及对策的分析

The Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Employment Guidance for University Students in Applied Universities

本研究以长江三角洲某应用型大学为例,在分析应用型高校大学生就业指导工作的现存状态以及形成原因的基础上,借鉴国外某发达国家高校就业指导工作的优点,提出对中国应用型大学学生就业指导工作的未来发展方向,从中探寻促进我国大学生就业指导的理念和模式。

This study takes an applied university of the Yangtze River Delta as an example. Based on the analysis of the current situation and the reasons for the employment guidance work of the application oriented university students, learning from the advantages of employment guidance in Universities in some developed countries abroad,this paper puts forward the future development direction of employment guidance work for Chinese applied university students, and explores the concept and mode of promoting employment guidance for university students in China.
