摘要
以国外某石油化工装置安全仪表系统(SIS)设计为例,介绍了安全仪表完整性等级(SIL)的回路设计,有关平均失效概率(PFDavg)公式及简化公式的实际计算及分析,提出了在满足功能安全要求的前提下,减少中间环节,合理配置传感器、最终执行元件等建议,可供石化装置安全仪表系统工程设计参考。
By taking a foreign petrochemical plant safety instrumented system(SIS)design as an example,the loop design of safety integrity level(SIL),the calculation and analysis of the average failure probability(PFDavg)formula and simplified formula are introduced.Minimizing the intermediate links,reasonably disposing the sensors and final elements,and other suggestions are proposed in the premise of meeting the function safety requirements.The suggestions can be used as reference for engineering design of safety instrumented system in petrochemical plant.
