摘要
针对国内规范中电缆填充率计算方法较为简单笼统的问题,主要基于NFPA 70—2014《美国国家电气规程》中的相关规定,对不同敷设方式的电缆提出了不同的桥架电缆填充率的概念,并引入电缆填充裕量系数的概念,对不同类型的桥架和电缆进行了桥架电缆填充率的计算,最终得到桥架电缆填充率的计算流程图,该流程图可用于化工管道三维模型设计软件来实现桥架填充率的自动计算。
The cable fill rate calculation in Chinese standards is simple and not much clear.Concerning this issue,based on relevant provisions of NFPA 70—2014 America National Electrical Code,the concepts of different cable tray fill rate for different cable laying methods is put forward.The concept of cable tray fill margin coefficient is introduced.The fill rate calculation for different kinds of tray and cable are calculated.The calculation flow diagram for cable tray fill rate is established.The flow diagram can be used in chemical pipeline 3 Dsoftware to realize automatic calculation of cable tray fill rate.
