摘要
由于化工行业设计过程复杂、生产流程长和弹性大等特点,对信息化和智能化要求相对较高,因而人工智能在化工行业有很大发展空间。针对化工行业特点,从智能设计、智能控制、智能生产和智能运营等方面讨论其智能化应用方法;介绍了化工行业数字化移交方式,并从行业特性和投资效益两方面分析其智能化发展的局限性。最后,展望化工行业人工智能的发展和应用前景。
The chemical industry has a relatively high requirement for information and intelligence because of its complex design,long production process and large flexibility,etc.So artificial intelligence has a great development space in chemical industry.Based on the characteristics of chemical industry,the intelligent application methods are discussed from several aspects as intelligent design,intelligent control,intelligent production and intelligent management,etc.Digital delivery method in chemical industry is introduced.Limitations of intelligent development in chemical industry have also been analyzed from two aspects as industry characteristics and investment benefits.The prospect of artificial intelligence development and application in chemical industry is expounded.
