摘要
电渣重熔控制系统是一个多变量输入/输出的控制系统,过程具有大滞后和强耦合的特征,单输入单输出控制策略和传统的PID控制在电渣重熔控制过程中存在震荡和超调的现象,造成产品质量不佳。针对以上问题,提出了将动态解耦方法与次最优降阶算法相结合,得到电渣重熔过程的降阶简化模型,然后用预测PI算法进行控制。通过仿真研究表明:基于预测PI的动态解耦算法在控制电渣重熔过程中能够得到很好的效果,具有很好的稳定性和抗干扰性,具有一定的应用价值。
Electroslag remelting control system is a multivariable input and multivariable output control system.The process is with characteristics of big lag and strong coupling.Oscillation and overshoot adjustment will exist in the control process of electroslag remelting for single input and single output control strategy and the traditional PID control.It will lead to poor product quality.In view of the above problems,the dynamic decoupling method combined with the suboptimal reduced order algorithm is proposed to obtain the reduced order simplification model of the electroslag remelting process.The predictive PI algorithm is used to control the process.The simulation study shows dynamic decoupling algorithm based on predictive PI control in electroslag remelting process can get good effect.The algorithm has very good stability and anti-interference.It is of certain application value.
