摘要
管道内检测技术是对管道完整性管理的必要手段,很多油气管道进行了多批次内检测,但对内检测数据利用方面仅局限于缺陷识别和评价,并未对内检测数据进行比对挖掘。提出了根据内检测数据进行关键点对齐、缺陷匹配以及管道位移分析等的方法,并开发了内检测数据比对软件,简化了内检测数据对齐、缺陷和位移分析等复杂操作。应用该软件对实际管道的内检测数据进行了比对分析,验证了该软件的准确性和可操作性,为管道内检测的数据分析与挖掘提供了新的技术工具。
Pipeline internal detection technology is the essential means for pipeline integrity management.Multi-batch internal detections have been conducted for many oil and gas pipelines,but the data is only limited for default identification and evaluation.Deep comparison and digging for the data is not followed.Aligning the key point,default matching and pipeline displacement analyzing are put forward.The comparison software of internal detection data is developed.It simplifies the complicated operation for internal detection data aligning,default and displacement analysis.The software is used to compare and analyze the internal detection data for actual pipelines.The accuracy and operability of the software are verified.The software provides a new technical tool for pipeline internal detection data analysis and further digging.
