摘要
目前海洋石油平台可燃气气体监测系统中,国外产品占主流,存在价格高、到货期长、后期维护无保障等不利因素。介绍了具有自主知识产权的新型国产可燃气体传感器,利用泄漏气体成分的特定红外吸收谱线来实现对可燃气体的泄漏检测。该技术不容易受光源驱动电路不稳、红外光源发光率衰减、探测器灵敏度漂移、水汽和灰尘干扰、光路污染等不稳定因素的影响,并针对海上石油平台应用环境的高温、高湿度、高盐度特性进行了防护改进和参数匹配,经过了运行测试表明:该型国产可燃气体传感器运行稳定、重复性好、反应速率快,在测试应用期间未出现故障。
For the current combustible gas monitoring and measuring system used in offshore petroleum platform,foreign brand instrument are the mainstream.Some problems of high cost,long delivery time,and non-guarantee for the maintenance and other negative factors are proposed.The new type home-made combustible gas sensor with proprietary intellectual property rights is introduced.The specific infrared absorb spectrum of the leaked gas is used to realize the leakage detection for the combustible gas.The technology is not easily affected by the unstable light source driving circuit,the attenuation of infrared source luminosity attenuation,detector sensitivity drift,moisture and dust disturbing,light path pollution and other unstable factors.Focusing on the characteristics of high temperature,high moisture and high salinity for the application condition in offshore platform,the device is improved for the protection and parameters matching.The operational test indicates the home-made combustible gas sensor running stably with good repeatability and fast response.No fault is found during the test.
