布-加综合征术中自体血回输方法的改进

The modified method of autologous transfusion in the operation of Budd-Chiari syndrome

目的 :探讨布 加综合征外科手术中自体血回输的新方法。方法 :采用自体 2 0 0 0型血液回收机 ,对 2 0例布 加综合征患者进行外科手术中自体血回收 ,采用过滤后回输与过滤、离心、清洗、净化后回输两种方法 ;并对患者术前静脉血、术中回收血、术后静脉血进行血常规化验及血液生化检验 ,对回收血做形态观察。结果 :2 0例患者回收自体血 40 0～ 1 1 0 0 0ml,平均每例回收 2 61 6ml;经过滤后平均每例回输全血 2 530ml,经过滤、离心、清洗、净化后平均每例回输 341ml;术后血常规及多项生化检验均达正常水平 ,患者术后恢复顺利。结论 :采用改进后的方法进行自体血液回输 ,有效地清除了回收血液中的有害物质 。

Aim: To investigate the new methods of autologous transfusion in the operation of Budd Chiari syndrome. Methods: Autologous transfusion was applied by different methods with type 2000 autologous transfusion machine in 20 patients with Budd Chiari syndrome.Preoperative venous blood,transfusion blood and postoperative blood were compared in routine and biochemistry test.The red cell's morphologic changes were also observed. Results: The total amount of autologous transfusion was 400～11 000 ml,average amount was 2 616 ml. The average amount of filtrated blood was 2 530 ml, and the average amount of filtrated, centrifugalized,and refined blood was 341 ml. The routine and biochemistry test are normal. These patients had a normal convalescence. Conclusion: Improved methods were adopted for autologous transfusion. As a result, injurious materials in the retrieved blood were eliminated effectively,and the complications of blood transfusion were decreased.
