我国健康产业发展现状、问题与建议

Development situation,problem and suggestion of health industry

梳理了我国健康产业的发展现状,发现总体发展势头良好、产业体系日趋完善、产业链不断延伸、产业融合初现端倪、产业布局逐步展开,产业投资热情高涨。同时发现在快速发展过程中,还存在尚未建立健康产业统计体系、缺乏国家顶层设计和统筹规划、健康产业供给仍然不足、产业融合程度和集群集聚效应有待提升、产业发展要素短缺等亟待破解等一系列问题。为推动健康产业高质量发展,提出了如下政策建议:包括要尽快建立产业统计分类体系、加强顶层设计、健全产业政策、推进产业深度融合,加快集约集聚发展、加快形成全球化发展路线,补足要素短板、夯实产业基础。

This paper introduces present status of health industry in China. General development trend is good,industrial system is increasing,the chain is continuously extending,industry convergence peep clues,industrial distribution gradually expand,and the passion of industrial investment upsurge. However,we also find that has not built up health industry statistics system,lack of national top-level design and overall planning,the supply of health industry is short,industry convergence degree and aggregate and agglomeration effect should be promoted,constraints such as talent,technology and standard specification and so on are solved urgently which in the process of rapid development. It puts forward relevant policy suggestion so as to promote high quality development of health industry which include build up statistics and catalog system as soon as possible,strengthen top-level design,guide rational distribution,strengthen innovation-driven,promote industry deep integration,speed aggregate and agglomeration development,form fastly globalization development rout and complete element short board,and compact industrial base at the same time.
