摘要
简述了以资源消耗为基础的相对价值体系(RBRVS)的应用历史与测量原理,通过总结某大型综合型医院的"前期准备——数据收集——实践应用"的绩效改革全过程,对RBRVS体系的适用范围进行了界定,对RBRVS应用中的比对和测算问题进行了探索,设计了一套以RBRVS为核心、信息化为手段、DRGS与质量成本控制相结合的大型综合型医院绩效改革框架,为RBRVS体系的本土化应用推广提供参考。
This article makes a brief introduction of RBRVS' application history and measuring principle. With summing up performance reform whole process of a comprehensive general hospital' s"preparation-data collection-applied". This article defines the applicable scope of RBRVS system,explores the comparison and measurement problems in application of the RBRVS,and designs a large comprehensive hospital performance reform framework that"RBRVS is the core,informatization is the way,combined with DRGS,quality and cost control". Provides practical experience for localization of application and popularization of RBRVS system.
