胃癌及癌旁组织中CD44v6的表达

Expression of CD44v6 in gastric cancer and its adjacent cancer tissues

目的 :探讨CD44v6在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达规律及其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测CD44v6在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达。结果 :CD44v6在正常胃粘膜无表达 ;在癌旁组织中仅有少部分呈弱阳性表达 ;在胃癌组织中CD44v6的阳性表达率为 64 .4% ,并与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移TNM分期相关。结论 :CD44v6在胃癌的淋巴结转移及癌细胞的分化过程中起着重要作用 ,对早期预测癌细胞的转移潜能。

Aim: To study the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 protein and clinical pathological characterizations of gastric cancer and its adjacent cancer tissues.Methods:Immunohistochemistry S P method was used.Results:Immunoreactivity for CD44v6 was not found in normal gastric tissues; in the adjacent cancer tissues, the weak positive rate of CD44v6 was 35%, while in gastric cancer, the positive rate of CD44v6 was 64.4%;the positive rates of CD44v6 was correlated with histological types, depth of invasion, and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Conclusion:These data suggest that the expression of CD44v6 protein may be useful for evaluating biological behavior of gastric cancer.
