摘要
探明除草剂甲氧咪草烟对水生植物的毒性效应,为甲氧咪草烟的生态环境风险评估提供理论依据,以穗状狐尾藻为对象,研究4%甲氧咪草烟水剂0.12 mg/L、0.25 mg/L、0.50 mg/L、1.0 mg/L、2.0mg/L、4.0mg/L、8.0mg/L对穗状狐尾藻总长、鲜重及干重的影响。结果表明:4%甲氧咪草烟水剂对穗状狐尾藻总长、鲜重、干重的14d平均特定生长抑制50%时的浓度(14d-ErC50)分别为1.24 mg/L、1.44mg/L和2.22mg/L。4%甲氧咪草烟水剂对穗状狐尾藻总长、鲜重、干重的生长抑制在低浓度时表现出刺激作用,其中对总长的刺激作用较鲜重和干重明显,高浓度时对总长、鲜重、干重的抑制呈现良好的剂量-效应关系,即随着4%甲氧咪草烟水剂浓度增加抑制作用呈上升趋势。
The effects of 4% Imazamox with 0.12 mg/L,0.25 mg/L,0.50 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,2.0 mg/L,4.0 mg/L and 8.0 mg/L on total length,fresh weight and dry weight of Myriophyllum spicatum were studied to explore the toxicity effect of Imazamox on aquatic plant and provide the theoretical basis for ecological environment risk evaluation of Imazamox.Result:The 14 d-ErC50 of 4%Imazamox aqueous solution on plant length,fresh weight and dry weight of M.spicatumis 1.24 mg/L,1.44 mg/L and 2.22 mg/L respectively.The lower 4%Imazamox concentration has the stimulation effects on plant length,fresh weight and dry weight of M.spicatumand the stimulation effect on plant length is higher than on fresh weight and dry weight obviously.There are good dose-effect correlations between 4%Imazamox concentration and plant length,fresh weight,dry weight when 4%Imazamox aqueous solution concentration is higher.That is,the inhibition effect of 4% Imazamox aqueous solution on plant length,fresh weight and dry weight of M.spicatumshows the rising trend with increase of 4%Imazamox aqueous solution concentration.
