摘要
为喀斯特地区的可持续发展提供土壤学理论依据,以不同植被类型(草地,竹林,灌丛)的土壤为样本,测定土壤A层(0~20cm)和B层(20~40cm)样本中的蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶及多酚氧化酶的酶活性。结果表明:同一植被类型A层土壤中的蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性均大于B层土壤;多酚氧化酶活性竹林A层土壤略高于B层土壤,草地和灌丛则是B层土壤略高于A层土壤。不同植被类型竹林样地中的土壤蔗糖酶活性高于草地和灌丛,蔗糖酶活性A层土壤均显著高于B层土壤,脲酶活性随土层深度的增加而减弱,不同植被土壤中脲酶的活性均表现为草地>竹林>灌丛,灌丛土壤中蛋白酶活性最低。各植被类型的土壤碱性磷酸酶活性随着土壤深度的增加降低,相同土层中,土壤碱性磷酸酶活性均表现出竹林>灌丛>草地;不同植被类型、不同土层的多酚氧化酶话性表现为灌丛>草地>竹林,但差异不显著,土壤的脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶相互间相关性各异;相同植被类型不同土层各土壤酶活性相关性不同。
The sucrase,protease,alkaline phosphatase,urease and ployphenol oxidase activity of soils with 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm depth collected from different vegetation types was detected to provide the pedology theoretical basis for sustainable development in karst area.Result:The sucrase,urease,protease and alkaline phosphatase activity of the soil with 0-20 cm depth is higher than the soil with 20-40 cm depth under the same vegetation type.The ployphenol oxidase activity of the soil with 0-20 cm is higher than the soil with 20-40 cm depth in bamboo forest and the ployphenol oxidase activity of soils with 20-40 cm is slightly higher than the soil with 0-20 cm depth in grassland and brushwood.The soil sucrase activity in bamboo forest is higher than in grassland and brushwood but the sucrase activity of the soil with0-20 cm depth is significantly higher than the soil with 0-20 cm depth in bamboo forest,grassland and brushwood.The different vegetation types of soil urease activity decreases with increase of soil depth and variation of soil urease activity is grassland〉 bamboo forest〉brushwood.The protease activity of soil in brushwood is the lowest among three vegetation types.The soil alkaline phosphatase activity decreases with increase of soil depth under three vegetation types.The soil alkaline phosphatase activity under three vegetation types is bamboo forest〉brushwood 〉grassland at the same soil depth.The soil ployphenol oxidase activity of different soil depth is brushwood 〉grassland 〉bamboo forest under different vegetation types but the difference is not obvious.There are different correlations between different soil enzyme activity at different soil depth under three vegetation types and under the same vegetation type.
