超积累植物修复重金属污染土壤的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 土壤重金属污染是当今环境污染中的严峻问题,危害人类食物链安全和身体健康;利用超积累植物的提取作用对重金属污染的土壤进行原位修复是比较理想的解决办法。为全面深入了解超积累植物对重金属污染土壤的修复机理,提高超积累植物的修复效率,从超积累植物的评定标准、解毒机制和品种筛选等方面进行综述,对植物修复的局限性和未来研究趋势进行展望。 Soil heavy metal contamination is a serious problem in environmental pollution at present,which endangers human food chain safety and health. Phytoextraction of heavy metals by hyperaccumulators is a comparatively ideal solution for in-situ remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.The evaluation standard,detoxification mechanism and variety screening of hyperaccumulators are reviewed to comprehensively discuss the remediation mechanism of hyperaccumulators to heavy metal contaminated soil and improve the remediation efficiency of hyperaccumulators to heavy metal contaminated soil.The limitation and future research trend of phytoremediation in remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil are prospected also.
