摘要
为提高地果插穗的繁殖率,以地果当年生半木质化枝条为插穗,采用单因素试验和正交试验分别研究扦插基质和生根剂(种类,浓度,处理时间)对地果插穗生根的影响。结果表明:地果插穗以蛭石为基质生根效果最好,生根率达88.33%;50mg/L的NAA溶液处理插穗60min,地果插穗的生根效果最好,生根率达91.67%。
The Ficus tikoua branches with one-year old were used as cuttings and the effect of different substances,different rooting agent kinds,rooting concentration and treatment time on rooting rate of F.tikouacuttings by single-factor and orthogonal experiments to improve reproduction rate of F.tikoua cuttings.Result:The rooting rate of F.tikouacuttings planted in the vermiculite substance can reach 88.33%.The rooting effect of F.tikouacuttings treated with 50 mg/L NAA is the best among all treatments,the rooting rate is 91.67%.
