摘要
以膨胀石墨为微反应器,通过化学沉淀法合成类花状羟基磷灰石,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对催化剂使用前后的结构和形貌进行表征,同时考察了催化剂用量、H_2O_2用量、溶液初始浓度等因素对孔雀石绿去除效果的影响。根据动力学方程t/(q_t)=1/(k_2q_e^2)+t/(q_e),降解过程近似符合准二级动力学方程,吸附速率常数为0.0050 g·mg·min^(-1)。当催化剂加入量为0.01 g,H_2O_2体积为0.1mL,反应时间为54 min,孔雀石绿溶液(10 mg/L)脱色率达到98.7%。
Using expanded graphite as a microreactor,flower-like hydroxyapatite was synthesized by chemical precipitation method. The structure and morphology of the fresh and used catalyst were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR. The effects of amounts of consumed catalyst and H2O2,initial concentration of dyes on removal of malachite green were investigated. According to the kinetic equation t/(qt)=1/(k2qe2)+t/(qe),the degradation process is approximately pseudo-second order kinetic equation and the adsorption rate constant is 0. 0050 g·mg·min-1. When the catalyst dosage was 0. 01 g,H2O2 dosage was 0. 1 mL,reaction time was 54 min,the decolorization rate of 10 mg/L malachite green solution attained 98. 7%.
