摘要
去蔓是甘薯收获的重要环节,介绍了步行式甘薯碎蔓还田机的整机建模.综合应用INVENTOR与ANSYS软件,对步行式甘薯碎蔓还田机刀辊轴进行3维建模、网格划分和振动有限元分析,确定刀辊轴前6阶固有频率,分析每阶振型特征.刀辊轴的模态分析可为步行式碎蔓还田机关键部件的设计和优化提供参考.
Vine crushing is one of the important steps in sweetpotato harvest. The whole machine modeling of walk ing sweetpotato vine crushing and recycling were introduced. Three dimensional modeling, mesh generation and vi bration finite element analysis were carried out by a combination of INVENTOR and ANSYS, the natural frequen ties in first six phases were ensured in the machine's cutter roller and the mode characteristics in each phase were an alysed. The cutter roller's modal analysis offered a theoretical support for the design and optimization of the machine's key parts.
