无催化条件下三组分合成1H-苯并[h][1,2,3]三氮唑并[4,5-a]吖啶衍生物

Three-component synthesis of 1H-benzo[h][1,2,3]triazolo [4,5-a]acridine derivatives under catalyst-free conditions

摘要 以三组分的醛、2-羟基-1,4-萘醌和5-氨基苯并三氮唑为原料,在无催化剂条件下,只需要简单的乙醇回流反应,即可获得一系列13-芳基-1 H-苯并[h][1,2,3]三氮唑并[4,5-a]吖啶-11,12-二酮衍生物,并通过氢谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱表征产物的结构. Three component reaction of 2 hydroxynaphthalene 1,4 dione, aldehyde, 1H benzo[d] [1, 2,3] triazol- 5- amine was treated in refluxing EtOH under catalyst-free conditions, a series of 13-aryl-1 H-benzo[h] [ 1,2,3] triazolo[4,5-α ] acridine-11,12- dione derivatives were gived. The structures of the products were characterized by 1 HNMR,IR,and HRMS.
