民国云南边疆开发计划析论

On the Development Plans of Yunnan Frontier Proposed During the Republic of China Period

民国伊始,不断有人提出云南边疆开发计划,孙中山先生的计划尤为宏大。但在1927年南京国民政府成立前,开发计划进展有限。南京国民政府成立后,进展有所改善。抗日战争时期,民国政府和云南地方政府制定了诸多边疆开发计划,欲图以边疆开发推进边防巩固,以边防巩固促进边疆开发,对巩固边防和促进云南经济发展起到一定作用。但由于缺乏施行的现实条件等因素,民国云南边疆开发计划未能完全落到实处。

Soon after the Republic of China was founded,there were many proposals for the development of the frontier province of Yunnan.Mr.Sun Zhongshan＇s plan was particularly ambitious.However,before the establishment of the Nanjing National Government in 1927,the implementation was limited.After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,the progress improved.During the Anti-Japanese War,the government of the Republic of China and the local government of Yunnan made even more frontier development plans,with the intention of border defense through development and frontier development through border defense.These plans were effective to a certain extent,but as conditions were not ready,they were not fully carried out.
