民族社会工作课程的理论与实务教学探究 被引量:2

摘要 民族社会工作作为云南省高校社会工作专业课程之一,应在专业价值伦理、理论知识和实务技术在地化上做出更多探索。在该课程的理论教学中,教学内容应与民族地区的经济社会发展和社会问题解决相呼应、与实务操作相结合;在实务教学中,应采用多种教学手段,以价值为先导,使学生通过参与式学习,掌握民族个案工作、民族小组工作、民族社区工作的工作方法,培养创新能力并内化社会工作者的角色定位。 "Ethnic Social Work",a major course in the specialty of social work in colleges in Yunnan province,needs further explorations in professional value education,teaching of theoretical knowledge,and teaching of practical technology.Theoretical teaching should be responsive to the social-economic development issues of ethnic areas and closely related to practical operation.Practical teaching should be guided by professional value and conducted in diversified means that engage students in hands-on practice in learning social work skills such as case work,ethnic group work,and ethnic community work.The course should cultivate students' innovative ability and help them internalize the role of social workers.
