小中甸水库工程初期蓄水方案优化设计

摘要 小中甸水利枢纽是综合治理开发硕多岗河流域的关键工程,小中甸水库初期蓄水既要满足下游生态及灌溉用水流量要求,又要确保机组尽早发电满足工程效益。通过对水库初期蓄水以及用水需求分析,提出了初期蓄水的计算方案。根据水库的实际运行情况,推荐采用的水库初期蓄水方案是合适的,其研究思路、方法和成果可供其他类似工程参考。 Xiaozhongdian Multi-purpose Project plays a key role in comprehensive control and development of the Shuoduogang River Basin, as Xiaozhongdian Dam reservoir will satisfy the needs of not only irrigation and ecological flow, but also power generation. The calculation methods are proposed through evaluation of water demand and water storage in the early stage of reservoir impoundment. The proposed option for reservoir impoundment shall be feasible based on real operation of the reservoir which may also be referenced by other similar projects.
