月经期哮喘患者围月经期血清雌、孕激素测定

Relation between the asthma in menstrual phase and the levels of estrin and progestin in serum

目的 :探讨性激素与月经期哮喘的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法测定围月经期血清雌、孕激素水平 ,采用GD微型峰流速仪测定气道峰流速及变异率。结果 :在围月经期血清雌激素哮喘组明显高于对照组 ,孕激素则哮喘组明显低于对照组 ,两组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;哮喘组气道峰流速明显低于对照组 ,变异率≥ 2 0 %的例数哮喘组明显较对照组多 ,两者比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :月经期哮喘患者血清雌激素升高孕激素降低可增强气道的高反应性 ,可能是月经期哮喘发病的重要原因之一。

Aim:To study relation between the asthma in menstrual phase and the levels of estrin and progestin in serum.Methods:Radioimmunity and miniature cusp tacho meter were used to assay the levels of estrin and progestin in serum surrounding menstrual phase,and to assay cusp flow rate and variation rate of the airway, respectively.Results:Surrounding menstrual phase, the level of estrin in serum was obviously higher than that of control. The level of progestin was obviously lower than that of control. Airway cusp flow rate in asthma group was obviously lower than that of control.The number of the patients with variation rate ≥20% in asthma group was obviously more than that of control.Conclusion:The raise of estrin and the decrease of progestin in the patients with asthma in menstrual phase can eninforce high reactivity of airway, which may be an important reason for asthma in menstrual phase episode.
