摘要
金属硫蛋白(MT)是一类富含半胱氨酸、具有金属结合特性、广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物体内一类低分子量多功能诱导性蛋白。MT具有清除自由基、调节生物体内微量元素浓度、参与重金属的解毒的作用,参与激素的调节、细胞代谢的调节,在细胞增殖分化控制中都有重要作用。就金属硫蛋白的理化性质、提取纯化技术、检测技术、生物学功能等研究进展及应用前景进行综述,以期为其开发应用提供参考依据。
Metallothionein (MT) is a low molecular weight multifunctional induced protein’ which is rich in cysteine’ has metal binding proper-ties ,and widely distributes in animals, plants and microorganisms. MT can scavenge free radicals and trations of trace elements and detoxification of heavy metals. In addition ’ MT is ^so involved in the control of cell differentiation and proliferation. The research progress and application prospects of metallothionein physicochemical properties ’extraction and purification techniques’ detection techniques’ biological functions were reviewed to provide reference for its development and ap-plication.
