摘要
实时荧光定量PCR技术,因其具有操作简单、重复性好、灵敏度高、定量准确、速度快等优点,已广泛应用于分子生物学研究的多个领域。对实时荧光定量PCR技术的原理、定量方法以及在植物研究中的应用等进行概述,以促进该技术的应用。
Real-time fluoresccnce quantitative PCR technology has been widely used in many fields of molecular biology research due to itsadvantages of simple operation,good repeatability, high sensitivity, accurate quantitation and high speed. Principle,quantitative methods andapplications in plant research of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology were reviewed to promote its application.
