幼苗期低盐锻炼对小麦耐盐抗氧化特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究幼苗期低盐锻炼对小麦抗氧化特性的影响。[方法]在不同盐胁迫梯度下,研究了经过耐盐锻炼的小麦幼苗体内的抗氧化特性。[结果]随着胁迫时间的增加,小麦体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性显著下降,但经锻炼处理小麦体内POD、SOD活性明显高于对照;丙二醛(MDA)的含量呈不同程度的上升趋势,经锻炼处理小麦的MDA含量显著低于对照,可溶性蛋白的含量明显高于对照,两者存在显著差异。[结论]幼苗期采用低盐锻炼方法可增强小麦的耐盐能力,经过低盐锻炼的小麦能够更好地调节体内渗透压,同时增强了上部组织内清除活性氧的防护能力,在随后的盐胁迫中更易诱导清除活性氧防护系统,并及时做出自我保护和延缓自身衰老。 [ Objective]To study the effects of lower salt stress on the antioxidant properties of wheat at seedling stage. [ Method] Under differentsalt stress gradients, we researched the antioxidant characters in wheat seedlings after salt resistant. [Result] With activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in wheat decreased significantly,but the activities of POD and SOD after lowsalt pretreatment was significantly higher than those of control. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased to some extent,and the content of MDA in wheat was significantly lower than that of control after low salt pretreatment. Soluble proteof control, showing significant differences. [ Conclusion] Lw salt pretreatment at seedling stagafter low salt pretreatment can better regulate osmotic pressure and enhance the ability to cleansequent salt stress, it can be more easily induced to clear the active oxygen protection system, carry out the self-protection in time to retardself aging.
