摘要
[目的]研究干旱胁迫条件下光叶珙桐叶片细胞渗透调节物质含量的变化。[方法]采用PEG模拟干旱胁迫,分析光叶珙桐幼苗叶片可溶性多糖、可溶性蛋白质等含量变化与干旱耐受力的关系。[结果]光叶珙桐幼苗叶片可溶性多糖、可溶性蛋白质等可溶性有机物含量随着胁迫强度的增加和胁迫时间的延长而呈规律性变化。[结论]可溶性有机物含量变化可以作为光叶珙桐抗旱性研究的有效指标之一。
[ Objective] To study the changes of soluble organic matter in leaf cells of Davidia involucrata var. vihnoriniana seedlings under drought stless. [Method] PEG was used to simulate drought stless, and analyzed the lelationship between soluble organic matter content and drought tolerance in the leaf. ]Resuh] The contents of soluble organic in leaves wele regularly changed with the inelrase of stless intensity and the prolongation of stless time. ]Conclusion ] The change of soluble organic matter content can be used as an effective indicator for drought re- sistance lesearch of D. involucrata var. vilmoriniana.
