白茄根中绿原酸的含量测定

Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Solanum melongena Roots

[目的]建立白茄根中绿原酸的含量测定方法。[方法]采用HPLC建立白茄根中指标成分绿原酸的含量测定方法,对所建立的方法进行了专属性、线性关系考察、精密度、准确度和耐用性等试验。[结果]该研究建立的白茄根中绿原酸含量测定的方法的专属性、线性关系、精密度、准确度和耐用性均符合要求,并成功用于3个批次不同产地白茄根中绿原酸的含量测定,其中绿原酸的含量为0.026%~0.031%。[结论]该方法准确,可用于白茄根的质量控制。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Solanurn melongena roots. [ Meth-od] The method for the determination of the content of chlorogenic acid was established by HPLC. Thrlinearity ’ precision ’ repeatability ’ recovery rate and durability ’ a i the requirements were met. [Result] The specificity ’ linearity ’ precision ’accuracy and durability of the method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Solanum with the requirements ’ and successfully used in three batches of white roots in different origins of Solanurn melongena roots. The content ofchlorogenic acid was determined ’ wherein the content of chlorogenic acid was 0. 026%- 0. 031%. [ Conclusion] This method is accurate andcan be used for quality control of Solanurn melonnena roots.
