Quality Evaluation of Honeysuckle in Different Strains

摘要 [目的]评价不同品系金银花药材质量。[方法]采用HPLC和紫外分光光度法测定相同产地5个不同品系金银花药材成分绿原酸、芦丁、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸C、木犀草素和总黄酮的含量,采用方差分析、相关性及主成分分析方法对5个品系金银花成分间的差异及相关性进行评价。[结果]相关性分析中,绿原酸与木犀草苷,异绿原酸A与异绿原酸C,异绿原酸A和异绿原酸C与总黄酮均呈现显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.648、0.833、0.690和0.636;异绿原酸A和异绿原酸C与木犀草素,芦丁和木犀草素与总黄酮均呈显著负相关,其相关系数分别为-0.081、-0.688、-0.476和-0.595。主成分分析综合评价中豫金2号(YJE)金银花评分较高,其次为豫封3号(YFS)金银花,评分中排序最低的为由山东引种的北花1号(BHYH)金银花。[结论]通过对5个品系金银花药材内在成分进行评价,为金银花药材质量的评价、指导金银花规范化种植及新品系的选育提供理论依据。 [ Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the quality of different strains of honeysuckle. [Method]HPLC and UV spectrophotome-try were used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid , rutin , Luteoloside , isochlorogenic acid A , isochlorogenic acid C , luteolin and totalflavonoids in five different strains of honeysuckle in the same place. The differences and were evaluated by analysis of variancc,correlation and principal component analysis. [ Result ] In the correlation analysis, chlorogenic acid andmignonette glycosides,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C,isochlorogenic acid A and total flavonoids ,isochlorogenic acid C and to-tal flavonoids were significantly positive correlation ,the correlation coefficients were 0. 648, 0. 8 3 3, 0. 6 9 0 a n d 0. 6 3 6,respectively;Isochlorogenicacid A and luteolin,isochlorogenic acid C and luteolin,rutin and total flavonoids,luteolin and total flavonoids were significant negative correla-tion ,the correlation coefficients were -0.081,-0. 688, - 0. 476 and - 0. 595,respectively. Through the main c o m p o n e n t analysis, the YJE scorewas higher, followed by YFS, and the lowest ranking in the score was BHYH. [ Conclusion] By evaluating the internal components of five strainsof honeysuckle medicinal materials, it provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the quality of honeysuckle medicinal materals, the stand-ardization of honeysuckle planting and the breeding of new strains.
