黄土丘陵沟壑区治沟造地的主要工程措施研究

治沟造地是黄土丘陵沟壑区增加耕地面积、保障粮食安全、保护生态环境的一项新举措,是极富战略远见的重大方针政策,有着显著的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。通过介绍治沟造地的背景、历程和取得的成效,对治沟造地主要的工程措施进行了梳理和探讨,提出了几点后续治沟造地工程的工作建议,对黄土丘陵沟壑区治沟造地工程的推进具有一定的借鉴价值,对促进当地经济、生态、社会可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。

Gully control and land reclamation is a new measure to increae cultivated land, protect food security and protect the ecological envi-ronment in the loess hilly-gully region. There is significant principles and policies of strategic foresight , andand social benefits. Through the introduction of the background,course and achievements of gully control and land reclamation,the main engi-neering measures of gully control and land reclamation are reviewed and discussed. Several suggestions for the gully control and land reclamation are put forward. It has certain reference value to promote the project of gully control and land reclamation. It has certain practical significance topromote the local economic,ecological and social sustainable development.
