秦巴山区连片特困地区非贫困村贫困人口精准脱贫对策研究——以平武县为例

Countermeasures of Precise Poverty Alleviation about Poor People in Non-poor Villages of Connected Areas in Qinba Mountain Area——Taking Pingwu County as an Example

当前脱贫攻坚工作力量和资金项目等主要是投向贫困村,非贫困村脱贫攻坚工作被"边缘化",致使非贫困村发展趋慢,贫困人口脱贫步伐缓慢。以四川省平武县为例,分析了平武县非贫困村精准脱贫面临的主要困境,并结合实际提出相应对策。

The current poverty alleviation work forces and capital projects are mainly directed at poor villages,and poverty alleviation work fornon-poor villages has been a marginalized”,resulting in slower development of non-poor villages and slow pace of poverty reduction among thepoor. Taking Pingwu County in Sichuan Province as an example,this article mainly analyvillages in Pingwu County,and put forward corresponding countermeasures in light of the actual situation.
