植物保护专业双创型人才培养体系构建探讨

Construction of the Training System of Creative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Plant Protection Specialty

以提高教学质量为宗旨,以突出专业特色为目的,以课程教学和实践教学建设为着力点,以科研和教学研究为基础,以"双师"型教师队伍建设为抓手,以高质量人才培养规格为标准,以"校院站企"四级平台为依托,积极打造模块化实践课程,逐步推动人才培养与教学质量监控体系建设,搭建以能力为导向的双创型人才培养体系。实践表明,在新的教学体系下,学生的创新能力与创业意识、实验操作技能、分析问题和解决问题的能力均得到显著提高。

In order to improve the teaching quality and highlight professional characteristics,with the course teaching and practice teaching asthe focus of construction,scientific and teaching research as the basis,with high-quality talents cultivation as school,station and enterprise four platforms, modularization practice course was built, talents training and construction of teaching quality m o -nitoring system was gradually promoted, and ability-oriented creative and entrepreneurial talents training systemshowed that students ’ innovation ability,entrepreneurial awareness, test operation skills,the skills of analyzing and nificantly improved under the new teaching system.
