37Mn气瓶钢圆坯堆冷工艺模型的研究

摘要 坯料堆冷有利于降低坯料冷却速度,减少坯料在冷却过程中出现的质量问题。37Mn气瓶钢在生产过程中极易出现弯曲和端头裂纹、氢致缺陷等质量问题。为确保产品质量满足使用要求,天钢根据现场实际情况,建立了圆坯堆冷工艺模型。研究结果表明,堆冷层数为九层、堆冷时间为24 h时,能有效提高气瓶钢铸坯质量。 Billet stack cooling is beneficial to reduce the cooling rale of billet and reduce the quality problems. 37Mn gas cylinder steel is prone to form bend crack, end crack, and hydrogen induced defects in the process of production. In order to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of application, the authors, based on the actual situation on the spot, established the model of round billet stack cooling process. The results show that the billet quality of gas cylinder steel can be improved effectively when the number of cold layers is nine and the cooling time is 24 hours.
