摘要
为提高能源利用率,在天钢联合特钢2~#高炉采用水冲渣的基础上,将高炉冲渣水送至热交换器,使渣水余热制造出的热水供下游用户使用,实现了对高炉热铁渣热量的回收利用。该回收系统工作稳定,运行正常,换热效果能够达到设计要求,降低了能源消耗,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to improve energy efficiency, on the basis of using slag flushing at blast furnace of Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd., the slag flushing water is sent to heat exchanger to produce hot water to the downstream users, and the recovery and utilization of heat in hot slag of blast furnace is realized. The recovery system works stably, runs normally, and the heat transfer effect can meet the design requirements, reduce energy consumption and obtain better economic benefits.
