摘要
为解决用户多样化需求与企业连续化生产之间的矛盾,研究了一种采用Q235B普碳钢连铸板坯,通过不同的控轧控冷工艺,分别轧制生产Q235B和Q345B两种强度级别的热轧钢板的工艺。结果表明,通过优化化学成分,采用低温加热制度、低温大压下轧制、快速冷却等控轧控冷工艺,所生产的Q345B钢板内部组织晶粒细化,各项力学性能指标均符合相应标准的要求,实现了Q235B和Q345B两种强度级别热轧钢板的柔性轧制。
In order to solve the contradiction between the diversified demands of customers and the continuous production of enterprises, an researched process is used to roll the Q235B and Q345B strength grades steel plate with the continuous casting slab of Q235B plain carbon steel by different controlled rolling and cooling processes. The results show^ that the microstructure of Q345B steel plate is refined by optimizing chemical composition, adopting low temperature heating system, rolling under high pressureat low temperature, rapid cooling and other controlled rolling and cooling processes. The mechanical properties of Q345B hot rolled steel plates with fined grain sizes are all in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding standards, and the flexible rolling of two strength grade of Q235B and Q345B hot rolled steel plates is realized.
