提高中厚板探伤合格率的工艺研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波探伤、金相组织分析、硬度测定、钢板Z向性能测定和扫描电镜进行夹杂物分析等方法,对造成板材探伤不合格的缺陷及其形成机理进行了深入研究,揭示了导致中厚板钢板探伤不合格的原因。在实施了炼钢、精炼、连铸、铸坯缓冷等工艺的具体控制措施后,中厚板钢板探伤合格率显著提高。 By means of ultrasonic flaw detection, metallographic analysis, hardness measurement, Z direction performance measurement of steel plate and inclusion analysis by scanning electron microscope, the defects and their formation mechanism of plate caused the unqualified results of ultrasonic flaw detection were studied, and the causes of unqualified results of ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plate are revealed. After completing the control measures in the process of steelmaking, fining, continuous casting and slowcooling of billet, the qualified rate of ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plate has been improved significantly.
