摘要
对四个生产厂家SWRH82B盘条的拉拔情况及钢绞线产品力学性能进行了系统分析,同时分析了各厂家盘条的力学性能、化学成分、微观组织等。分析结果表明,保证SWRH82B盘条化学成分均匀、氮含量控制在45ppm以下、索氏体化率达到92%左右、抗拉强度目标值控制在1180MPa将有利于拉拔和捻股,钢绞线成品性能良好。
The drawing circumstance of SWRH82B wire rod and the mechanical properties of steel strands in four manufacturers were systematically analyzed. The mechanical properties, chemical composition and microstrncture of the wire rods were analyzed at the same time. The analysis results show that the chemical composition of SWRH82B wire rod is uniform, the nitrogen content is controlled below 45ppm, the rate of sorbitizing rate is about 92%, and the target value of tensile strength is controlled in 1180MPa will be favorable for drawing and twisting, and the finished steel strand has good properties.
