摘要 通过分析热轧圆钢成材率指标的影响因素,发现冷床对齐装置设计不科学,是影响多倍尺圆钢成材率最关键因素。重新设计的带有筛选功能的新型冷床对齐装置具有结构简单、安装方便、稳定性高等特点,能将带有质量缺陷的倍尺圆钢头尾筛选出来,由定尺剪进行单独剪切,减少了其它无缺陷倍尺圆钢的剪切消耗,可提高成材率0.20%以上,大幅降低了生产成本。 Based on the analysis of the factors Meeting the yield of hot rolled round steel, it is found that the design of cold bed alignment device is not scientific, and is the most important factor Meeting the yield of round steel with multiple lengths. The newly designed cold bed alignment device with screening function has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation, high stability and so on. It can screen out the head and tail of the multiple lengths round steel with quality defects to cut alone by the cut-to-length shear, the shearing consumption of other round steel without defects is reduced, the yield of finished steel is increased by more than 0.20%, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
