Fault Analysis of Rolling Cut-to-length Shear

针对某中厚板生产线滚切式定尺剪多次出现导向连杆断裂、上刀台滑板联接螺栓切断造成滑板脱落的现象开展了分析。从设备结构和工作原理入手,对生产数据进行了认真分析。根据导向连杆失效情况和上刀台运行轨迹分析,找到了故障产生的原因,制定了检修方案,根治了此类问题,保证了定尺剪的安全运行。

This paper analyzes the phenomenon of slide fall-off caused by the breakage of guide connecting rod and bolt cut-off of slide plate of upper slitter platform in a medium and heavy plate production line. Starting with the structure and working principle of the equipment, the production data are carefully analyzed. Based on the analysis of the failure of the guide rod and the runnmg track of the upper slitter platform, the cause of the failure is found, the maintenance scheme is formulated, the problem is solved, and the safe operation of the cut-to-length shear is ensured.
