摘要
以天钢2×28000m^3/h空分装置集散控制系统升级优化项目为案例,分别对横河CENTUM CS3000DCS控制系统的软件版本升级、硬件配套升级以及空分装置控制方案优化进行了详细的介绍和分析,其中包括硬件结构、软件结构、控制原理及控制方案等多个方面,对于空分装置控制系统升级优化具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the project of upgrading and optimizing the distributed control system of 2 × 28000m^3/h air separation unit in Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. as an example, the software version upgrade,hardware matching upgrade and control scheme optimization of Yokogawa CENTUM CS3000 DCS control system are introduced and analyzed in detail. It includes hardware structure, software structure, control principle and control scheme, etc. which can be used for reference in upgrading and optimizing the control system of air separation unit.
