摘要 针对传统的棒材生产线在生产过程中存在的生产数据记录滞后,实时监控和数据统计困难,数据的可靠性差,利用率低等问题,天钢棒材厂采用了基于MES的棒材生产线数据采集系统加以解决。对MES系统的应用背景、工作流程、数据采集点、采集过程、采集方式进行了论述。对升级改造中遇到的问题提出并实施了解决方案,搭设了天钢棒材厂生产控制系统与生产管理系统之间的信息桥梁。数据采集系统实现了各生产环节的分散控制,生产数据的集中管理。 In view of the problems existing in the production process of the traditional bar production line, such as the lag of production data recording, the difficulty of real-time monitoring and data statistics, the poor reliability of data and the low utilization rate, etc. The data acquisiton system of bar production line based on MES is adopted in the bar rolling factory of Tianjin Iron & Steel Group Co.,Ltd.. The application background, work flow, data acquisition point,acquisition mode of MES system are discussed. The solutions to the problems encountered in upgrading and transformation are put forward and implemented, and the information bridge between the production control system and the production management system is set up. The data acquisition system realizes the decentralized control of each production link and the centralized management of the production data.
