摘要
介绍了天钢炼钢厂一号方坯连铸机自动化系统的结构配置,深入分析了一号方坯连铸机的现场总线系统、捞钢车系统、电磁搅拌系统、自动加渣系统的优化过程。优化后,成功地提高了生产运行的稳定性,降低了故障率,收到了显著的效果。
This paper introduces the structural configuration of the automatic system of the No. 1 billet continuous caster in Steelmaking Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (TISC), and analyzes in depth the optimization process of the field bus system, the steel salvage car system, the electromagnetic stirring system and the automatic slag feeding system of the No. 1 billet continuous caster. After optimization, the stability of production and operation is improved successfully, the failure rate is reduced, and remarkable results are obtained.
