摘要 "人"作为社会管理的主要群体,是事业单位组成结构的最基本因素。在这一背景下,论文对事业单位人力资源管理效率提升与绩效考核进行了详细分析。首先对事业单位进行简要概述,其次对事业单位人力资源管理与绩效考核存在的问题进行总结,而后针对事业单位人力资源管理与绩效考核存在的问题提出了相应的解决策略。此次研究的目的主要是提高事业单位人力资源管理的水平,进而使得工作人员能够有效地发挥其价值。 As the main group of social management, "man" is the most basic factor in the structure of public institutions. The paper makes a detailed analysis on the efficiency improvement and performance appraisal of human resource management in institutions. Firstly, it makes a brief overview of institutions. Secondly, it summarizes the problems existing in the human resource management and performance appraisal of institutions, and then the corresponding solutions to the problems existing in human resource management and performance appraisal of institutions are put forward. The purpose of this study is to improve the level of human resource management of institutions, and enable the staff to play its value effectively.
