A Brief Exploration on the Pension Investment Management of Railway Enterprises

企业年金是我国社会保障体系的一个重要组成部分。而企业建立年金投资不但有利于企业人才的凝结,更加有利于提高企业员工对企业的忠诚度。对于我国的铁路企业来说亦是如此,并且铁路企业年金投资也越来越被人们所关注。论文对铁路企业年金投资管理目的进行简要概述,而后总结了我国铁路企业年金投资管理存在的问题,进而提出了几点针对性策略。

Enterprise pension is an important part of China＇s social security system. The establishment of pension investment of the enterprise is not only conducive to the gathering of enterprise talents, but also conducive to improving the loyalty of employees to the enterprise. This is also true for railway companies in China. And the pension investment of railway enterprises has been paid more and more attention to. The paper gives a brief overview of the management purpose of the pension investment of railway enterprises, and then summarizes the existing problems in the management of the pension investment in China＇s railway enterprises, and then puts forward some pertinent strategies.
