随着国家科技不断地进步,人们的生活水平和文化程度也在不断地提高。人们对于知识的学习和吸收自古以来就有着很多的方式和途径,在现代社会中图书情报机构的建设越来越多,种类也越来越齐全。面向新型智库建设的知识服务就是其中一种,智库建设是现代政府治理方式当中的一种方法,论文主要对新型智库建设在图书情报机构当中的应用进行研究,并提出一些对于图书情报机构的新机遇的看法。

With the continuous progress of the national science and technology, people＇s living standard and cultural level are also constantly improving. There are many ways and means for people to learn and absorb knowledge since ancient times. In modern society, the construction of library and information institutions is more and more, and the types are more and more complete. Knowledge service oriented to the construction of the new type of think tank is one of them. The construction of think tank is one of the ways of modern government governance. This paper mainly studies the application of new think tank in library and information institutions, and puts forward some views on the new opportunities for library and information institutions.
