摘要
论文设计一个过滤反冲洗控制系统,对净水弧形筛进行自动清洗。系统采用单片机作为控制核心,选择接触器、限位开关作为控制元件,由软硬件两部分来实现。论文介绍了反冲洗过程、机械清洗装置及电机驱动部分,由潜水泵对清洗装置输送清水、由执行机构大功率直流无刷电机带动清洗装置完成冲洗任务。经测试,本系统实现了弧形筛的自动清洗,解决了过滤中弧形筛堵塞问题,可提高工业化水产养殖的经济效益。
The paper designs a control system of the water purification filter backwashing for the automatic cleaning of the water purification arc screen. The system uses the single chip microcomputer as the control core, selects contactor and limit switch as control elements, and it is realized by two parts of hardware and software. The paper introduces the backwashing process, the mechanical cleaning device and the motor driving part, the submersible pump conveys water to the cleaning device, and the cleaning device is driven by the executive power DC brushless motor to complete the washing task. After testing, the system realizes the automatic cleaning of the arc screen, solves the blockage problem of the arc sieve in the filtration, and improves the economic benefits of the industrialized aquaculture.
