火电厂在日常运行过程中,将可燃物作为燃料进行电能的生产,而煤炭属于可燃物的主要选择,在煤炭燃烧过程中可产生众多有害物质,以二氧化硫为例,若未经处理而直接向外排放,将会对大气环境造成严重污染。因此,脱硫系统属于火电厂电能生产系统中的主要构成部分,湿法脱硫技术在电厂脱硫系统中的应用较为成熟,具体涉及具体检修流程、湿法脱硫常见问题、检修环节关键问题控制等几个方面内容。

In the daily operation of thermal power plant, the combustible materials are used as the fuel to product electric energy. Coal is the main choice of combustible materials, and many harmful substances can be produced in the process of coal combustion. Taking sulfur dioxide as an example, if it is discharged directly without treatment, serious pollution will be caused to the air environment. Therefore, desulphurization system belongs to the main component of power production system of thermal power plant. The application of wet desulphurization technology in the desulfurization system of power plant is relatively mature, including specific maintenance flow, common problems of wet desulfurization, key problems control of maintenance link, and so on.
