隐蔽性高血压患者24h动态血压监测及动脉弹性状况分析

Analysis of 24h Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring and Arterial Elasticity on Patients with Concealed Hypertension

目的:研究隐蔽性高血压患者24h动态血压监测及动脉弹性状况。方法:按照随机抽样的方法选择2017年3月~2018年3月某院体检的200例血压正常的人群进行研究,再选取50例某院接诊的高血压患者作为本次研究的对照组,对比受试者的24h动态血压检测结果以及动脉弹性状况。结果:正常组的受试者的24h动态血压检测结果明显低于高血压组以及隐蔽性高血压组(P<0.05)。隐蔽性高血压组的受试者的中心动脉压反射波变化的舒张压(CDP)、收缩压(CSP)、脉压(CPP)、平均舒张压(CMDP)、平均收缩压(CMSP)、收缩末压(CESP)、第一峰值血压与最小血压的差值(P1 Height)、增强压(AUG)、增强指数水平以及脉搏波传导速度(crPWV)明显高于正常组受试者,且CDP、CSP、CPP、CMDP、CMSP、CESP、P1Height、AUG水平明显低于高血压组患受试者(P<0.05)。结论:隐蔽性高血压患者的24h动态血压数值明显高于正常人,且动脉弹性已经出现了明显的减退。

Objective：To investigate the 24 hambulatory blood pressure monitoring and arterial elasticity on patients with concealed hypertension.Methods：200 patients with normal blood pressure who under went physical examination in a hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected for the study according to the method of random sampling,and 50 patients with hypertension treated in a hospital were selected as the control group for this study.There sults of 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure test and arterial elasticity were compared.Results：The 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure test in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the hypertension group and the concealed hypertension group（P〈0.05）.The levels of CDP,CSP,CPP,CMDP,CMSP,CESP,P1 Height,AUG,crPWV,and enhancement index of the subjects in the concealed hypertension group were significantly higher than those in the normal subjects,and levels of CDP、CSP、CPP、CMDP、CMSP、CESP、P1 Height、AUG were significantly lower than those in the hypertensive group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The 24 hambulatory blood pressure in concealed hypertension patients are significantly higher than that in normal subjects,and arterial elasticity has decreased significantly.
