心电图与动态心电图联合应用对儿童病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined Application of Electrocardiogram and Holter for Viral Myocarditis in Children

目的:探讨在儿童病毒性心肌炎诊断中,运用心电图联合动态心电图检测的应用价值。方法:选取某院接诊54例病毒性心肌炎患儿,运用常规心电图、动态心电图对其实施检测,观测常规心电图、动态心电图单一检测与联合检测结果。结果:常规心电图阳性检出率为77.78%,动态心电图阳性检出率为88.89%,联合检测阳性检出率为96.30%(χ2=3.145,P<0.05)。结论:在儿童病毒性心肌炎诊断中,电图联合动态心电图检测可提高诊断阳性率,在诊断与治疗中均有重要价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiogram combined with dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children.Methods：54 cases of children with viral myocarditis in a hospital were Selecteded.Routine ECG and dynamic electrocardiogram were applied to observe the routine electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram,single detection and combined detection results.Results：The positive rate of routine electrocardiogram was 77.78%,the positive rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 88.89%,and the positive rate of combined detection was 96.30% （χ^2=3.145,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：ECG and Holter can improve the positive rate of diagnosis in children with viral myocarditis,and have important value in diagnosis and treatment.
